Jones was the NCAA Champion indoor hurdler in both the year 2003 as well as 2014. Jones started her track career in the year 2005, when she completed her studies at the university. In 2005, she was winning the Torino Memorial race, in 2006 she took the Heusden and Ostrava runners.
